Deep Sea Fishing Tour

Enjoy the thrill of catching the fish of a lifetime aboard a state-of-the-art sport fishing boat for this private, four-hour charter trip. Troll for sailfish, marlin, dolphin, wahoo, kingfish, tuna, barracuda and shark or bottom fish for grouper, snapper and amberjack. Most fish run year-round in the enriched waters of the Gulf Stream and Atlantic Ocean. The captain and mate provide all the fishing tackle, rigged bait and instruction required.

Villa Vizcaya, the magnificent Italian Villa on
Biscayne Bay, has often been called the finest private
home ever built in America. James Deering of the
International Harvester Company searched the world
over for the perfect climate and location for his winter
home. Having picked the then small town of Miami,
construction began in 1914 and as many as 1000
artisans worked on it during the following years to
create a masterpiece of architectural, interior and
garden design. The splendid Renaissance, Baroque,
Rococo and Neoclassical rooms are open for tours.
Following the tour, the group will be taken to The
Van Dyke Café for lunch. This indoor/outdoor cafe is
the best people-watching spot on Lincoln Road in South
Beach with a cosmopolitan European atmosphere.

Golf Tournament
Tuesday, March 1 • 1 p.m. $240 per person
Price includes greens fees, cart, boxed lunch,
beverages, and post-tournament reception. Club &
shoe rentals additional.

FPPA will host a scramble golf tournament at the 18-hole, Joe Lee-designed Diplomat Country Club Golf Course. The course lies on 155 acres and has earned a Five Star Rating on the Best Golf Networks 2002 edition of The Very Best Golf Resorts. This is the only Five-Star Rated course in South Florida.
